Cu-192 is part of a new family of fantasy aircraft that I'm developing having in mind imaginary future wars in a post-apocalyptic Earth or even in pre-historic times, when an Atlantean-type Civilization ruled the Ancient World (this hypothesis has been confirmed to me viewing far behind through my cat's eyes).
Mainly, powerplant is a Motorjet.
This is version B of this Model.

Why it needs a 2 stroke diesel engine when it has a turbojet?

The engine is a motorjet: a Diesel piston engine, fuelled by Diesel oil, drives the air compressor (instead of a turbine). Kerosene is burned in the jet chamber. The jet engine is more pure, because there is no turbine stage that reduces the gas stream energy (in order to drive the compressor).

If your tubojet turbine is not driving the compressor, there is no need for this turbine unless you want to drive an electrical generator or any other equipment.

What you really want to have is the diesel engine dirving the air compressor, followed by the combustor chamber and then the exhaust nozzle. This way your engine becomes more like a ram-jet, using the compressor for low speed flight and then bypassing it for supersonic. Similar to the SR71 Black Bird.

Tiene buena pinta, pero no veo quien  o que controla la ametralladora trasera, y... por qué tiene tanques para dos tipos distintos de combustible? Razones económicas?

Las ametralladoras traseras las controla el piloto, para responder con fuego a los que se aproximen por detrás... Una simple mira con espejo es suficiente para apuntar.
Lo de los dos combustibles viene dado por el motor que usa, un motorreactor. Forma primitiva de motor a reacción, desarrollado antes de éste debido a que es complicado hacer discos de turbina eficientes (se fabrican con aleaciones exóticas resistentes a las altas temperaturas de la combustión). En un motorreactor, es un motor de pistones convencional el que mueve el compresor de aire, en lugar de una turbina. El compresor de aire alimenta no sólo a la cámara de combustión sino también sobrealimenta al motor de pistones, un Diesel de dos tiempos que consume aceite pesado. En la cámara de combustión de la parte de "reactor", se quema el más ligero y menos refinado queroseno.
